La compétence du personnel est à la hauteur, Wanda s'est occupée de nous avec gentillesse, patience et avec le sourire ! Il y a du choix et pour tous les budgets. Nous sommes clients réguliers et le resterons ! Je conseil vivement ce magasin !

Elle a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de mon expérience, en m’accompagnant avec patience et expertise pour choisir mes nouvelles lunettes. Maryam a su parfaitement comprendre mes besoins et me guider vers des montures qui correspondent à mon style tout en respectant mon budget. Son sens du détail et son souci de satisfaction client sont vraiment remarquables. Je repars ravi(e) et avec des lunettes parfaitement adaptées. Je recommande vivement Maryam pour son excellent service et son accueil chaleureux ! Un grand bravo !

Accueil chaleureux, prise en charge rapide. Wanda s’est montrée professionnelle, très patiente et à l’écoute. M’a expliquée en détail tout ce qui se rapporte à la nature des nouveaux verres que l’ophtalmologue m’a prescrits. Il arrive souvent qu’on ne revoit plus les mêmes conseillers deux ans après… c’est bien dommage. J’espère que Wanda sera toujours là quand je reviendrai dans deux ans.

Je n'acheterai plus jamais de verres dans cette enseigne. Ce sont des commerciaux et pas des professionnels. Ils vendent des verres d'une qualité très mediocre. Mes verres progressifs sont inutilisables, je ne vois rien avec et pourtant je leur ai signalé. J'ai été forcée de payer pour un produit nul. Et maintenant je dois attendre 2 ans pour pouvoir avoir de nouveaux verres remboursés. Mon ophtalmo m'a conseillée de ne pas aller dans les grandes enseignes qui s'enrichissent en proposant des produits de mauvaise qualité à bas prix. Le personnel à un discours bien rodé mais pas de solution à proposer en cas de problème. Et surtout il faut payer même si le produit est défectueux. C'est une honte

MARGOT conseillère opticienne a réparé, changé les pièces défectueuses des montures. Merci à elle pour son travail méticuleux. Ses conseils pertinents pour la prise en charge de nouvelle monture, très intéressants. Je n avais aucune connaissances sur tous ces dispositifs. Langage clair et à l écoute du client. Excellente professionnelle avec empathie. L enseigne Opical Center se démarque des autres opticiens car conseils personnalisés.
