À fuir absolument ! Cet Optical Center est une catastrophe. Ils ont monté les verres des lunettes de mon fils de travers, aggravant son strabisme au lieu de le corriger. Une erreur inacceptable quand on parle de la santé visuelle d'un enfant ! Pire encore, la responsable du magasin est d’une arrogance insupportable. Plutôt que de reconnaître leur faute et de proposer une solution rapide, elle exige de "constater par elle-même" avant d’envisager le moindre geste, sans tenir compte des difficultés de déplacement des clients. Aucun professionnalisme, aucune empathie, et surtout une totale incompétence. Si vous tenez à votre vue (et à votre patience), passez votre chemin !
