Fidèle client depuis plusieurs années le magasin possède mes ordonnances avec toutes les mesures sur mes yeux. Je téléphone pour avoir l une d entre elles. Mais pas possible il faut aller voir l ophtalmologiste alors que je veux juste une mesure que le magasin possede. Ne vous interrogez pas pourquoi un client va ailleurs mais ce que vous n avez pas fait pour qu il n aille pas à la concurrence
