lors de l'achat très bien reçu vendeur à l'écoute et de très bon conseil. Lors de la remise des lunettes 40 minutes d'attente, c'est trop long. Le vendeur s'est excusé et nous a offert un petit cadeau pour ne pas avoir réclamé.

Mauvaise expérience, pour une branche de lunettes cassée il a fallu attendre 3 semaines sans information. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone, laissent attendre le client sans s'en occuper, j'ai quitté le magasin à plusieurs reprises, las d'attendre. Lorsque qu'au bout de trois semaine j'ai récupéré les lunettes on avait remplacé les deux branches par des modèles différents beaucoup plus lourds, les lunettes tombent lorsque je penche la tête
