Quand j'ai pris possession de mon achat, j'ai demandé qu'on me fournisse une facture détaillée. Votre collaboratrice m'a assuré me l'avoir adressée immédiatement par mail. A mon retour à mon domicile, j'ai trouvé un mail effectivement, mais pas de facture. C'était une invitation à me connecter à mon espace fidélité, ce que j'ai fait espérant y trouver cette facture. Dans la rubrique "Achats", rien sinon "En cours", encore à ce jour. Depuis, la pub pour votre enseigne s'affiche sur chacune des pages web que je consulte ! Un traqueur a été installé sans mon avis. Aussi, cet achat chez Optical Center sera le premier et le dernier. Quand recevrai-je enfin cette facture détaillée ?
