J'ai refusé l'assurance en lien avec l'achat de lunette de vue qui m'a quand même était facturée lors du paiement. J'ai demandé le remboursement le jour même et au delà de 12 jours ,je n'était toujours pas remboursée! J'ai du rappeler la boutique pour leur réclamer à nouveau,enfin j'ai obtenu le remboursement 18 jours après mon achat!!!
