J ai fais changer une branche cassé. 35 euro.pas donné. En rentrant chez moi je m'en suis aperçu qu il manqué la vis de fixation...bravo. Ça s appelle prendre les client pour des billes. A eviter

Après avoir récupéré mes lunettes chez vous..suis allée faire resserrer mes lunettes. Au sein d un autre magasin 13 on m a cassé un verre il a fallu près d 1 mois et demi..afin de les récupérer alors qu on devait transférer mon verre chez vous .

Magasin à éviter ! Vendeuses très antipathiques et pas du tout commerçantes (surtout celle en surpoids) et publicité mensongère pour appâter les clients : pas de deuxième paire offerte en réalité et la vendeuse dit ne pas prétendre que c'est le cas alors que je lui montre la publicité papier sur laquelle c'est écrit noir sur blanc !
