Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe d’Optical Center à Vendin-le-Vieil pour leur super accueil ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été reçu(e) avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Camille, qui s’est merveilleusement bien occupée de moi pour le choix de mes lunettes. Elle a su m’écouter, me conseiller avec professionnalisme et patience, tout en me guidant vers une monture qui me correspond parfaitement. C’est un vrai plaisir d’être accompagné par une personne aussi compétente et attentionnée ! 👓✨

🌟 Excellent accueil chez Optical Center Vendin-le-Vieil ! Nous sommes venus à deux reprises et avons été ravis à chaque fois. Camille s’est merveilleusement bien occupée de nous : patiente, professionnelle et toujours souriante. J’ai eu une très bonne prise en charge pour le choix de la monture mais pour la remise des lunettes le jour du retrait la lunette de vue est cassé et la lunette de soleil remise sans essayage on m’indique pour la lunette cassée qu’il regarde les disponibilités dans un autre magasin et qu il me recontacte par téléphone je n’ai jamais eu d’appel il a fallut plusieurs fois appeler pour connaître l’avancée du dossier sinon la remise des lunettes c’est bien passé
