Très bon accueil des opticiens. Lunettes à verres progressifs&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; J'ai quand même un peu de mal pour la vision DE PRES (je dois viser mon champ visuel sur à peine 1 cm2,et au bas du verre....) Parfaite vision de LOIN.

J’arrive dans le magasin et je semblais être invisible et le comble une dame qui arrive des minutes après moi est prise en charge.et les autre arrêtez la à papoter. Une gentille dame est venue me prendre en charge après pendant que les autre rigolaient entre eux. Bruno est le meilleur dans cette agence

La jeune fille qui s'est occupée de moi était très aimable, patiente et à l'écoute que ce soit lorsque j'ai commandé mes verres et quand je suis venue les chercher. Seul point négatif : elle ne m'a parlé de l'option 100 % santé que j'ai découvert par la suite en consultant les documents qu'elle m'a remis à la fin de notre entretien.

Très déçue de l'accueil quand je suis revenue chercher les lunettes... Je devais sans doute être invisible, car j'ai attendu 40 minutes sans intervention du personnel (occupé avec d'autres clients). Un employé m'a enfin dit qu'il fallait attendre un peu ce que je peux comprendre, mais il s'est mis à parler avec une personne qui est rentrée et lui a donné des petits cadeaux qu'il venait de recevoir et moi, j'attendais...... aucun cadeau malgré les 364,00 que j'ai payés... (en sus de la mutuelle). Je suis déçue et ne compte pas revenir. Les opticiens ne manquent pas...

Chez cet opticien à Orly ne vous fiez pas aux horaires affichés... Vous pouvez très bien arriver 5 ou 10 min avant l'heure de fermeture et ils refuseront de vous recevoir. Après avoir appelé pour m'assurer de l'heure de fermeture, j'ai fais un trajet d'une heure pour finalement me voir refuser l'accès bien qu'il n'était pas encore 19h00.
