Bonjour à tous, ATTENTION malgré leurs grands sourires et leurs cafés... je me retrouves avec 2 paires de lunettes qui après 18 mois d'aller retour chez eux... 1/ma paire du quotidien vient d'être changée 2/ma paire pour l'utilisation "ordinateur" part à la poubelle (paire que j'ai payé en plus)... donc si comme moi votre dossier à un probleme (multiples problèmes qui reconnaissent en vous regardant droit dans les YEUX) bonne chance, car vous allez perdre votre temps et votre argent... par contre ils sont très fort pour vous faire des devis. l'argent avant la santé....

Bonjour, j'ai eu un problème avec la branche de mes lunettes ; en arrivant dans le magasin, mon mari et moi, nous avons été très gracieusement accueillis par Stéphanie qui m'a tout de suite rassurée. Cette aimable personne nous a proposé un petit café durant le temps d'attente pour la réparation de mes lunettes. Nous n'avons pas attendu très longtemps ; mes lunettes réparées, j'étais soulagée. Merci encore pour le sourire et la gentillesse.

Accueil très agréable par l'équipe, ma demande pour mes lunettes sous garantie, à bien été executée. Ma monture à été échangée et mes anciens verres adpatés et ce, en une trentaine de minutes. Les personnes étaient très attentionnés, explication et recherche d'une monture la plus adaptée à mes verres ont fait que je suis repartis satisfait.

Accueil vraiment pas sympathique. A 18h25, « je vous préviens je ne pourrais pas faire de dossier maintenant… » À la question: « où sont les lunettes hommes?: « bah je suis toute seule j’ai pas le temps de les trier. » puis cette charmante personne retourne à ses occupations dans une autre salle sans se préoccuper de ses clients…pas très commercial tout ça 😏

TRES MAUVAIS ACCUEIL + DE 10 ANS FIDELITE POUR ME FAIRE TRAITER DEVANT LES CLIENTS D ARNAQUEUSE ET DE MAGOUILLEUSE CONCERNANT LES ESSAIS EXCESSIFS DE LENTILLES SACHANT QUE J AI DU RELANCER PLUSIEURS FOIS POUR LES TESTER (un oubli !) - QUELLE BLAGUE APPARREMENT IL FAUDRAIT QUE JE METTE DES LENTILLES NON ADPATEES A MES YEUX - ON MARCHE SUR LA TETE !!!!
