mauvaise surprise en lisant ma facture à la maison, assurance 3 ans facturée sans me l'avoir évoquée et alors que je change de lunette tout les 2 ans. Ce système de vente imposée est absolument insupportable.

Excellent accueil et professionnalisme du personnel d'Optical Center. Très à l'écoute des clients. Je recommande fortement aux gens qui ont besoin de lunettes ou d'appareils auditifs de venir faire leurs achats dans les magasins d'Optical Center.

J'ai été très déçu de leurs services. J'avais pris chez eux des lunettes pour ma fille d'un an l'année dernière. Les lunettes n'était pas adaptée. Ils m'ont refusé l'échange. Et en octobre, je pouvais prendre une deuxième monture pour ma fille avec l'ordonnance qu'ils m'ont refusé. J'ai été autre part pour sa deuxième paire de lunette.

COMME TOUJOURS TRES BON ACCUEIL et DE TRES BON CONSEIL POUR LE CHOIX DES LUNETTES. C'ETAIT LA PREMIERE FOIS QUE J'UTILISAIS LE SERVICE DE CONTROLE DE LA VUE et J'AI EU L'IMPRESSION QUE C'ETAIT UNE VISITE COMPLETE COMME CHEZ L'OPHTALMO. JE RECOMMANDE
